Natural family planning is not a new phenomenon the present generation. Whereas it has innumerable advantages, its uptake is low due a number of factors in comparison with artificial methods.

This idea is at Pilot stage in Ugandan Faith Based Health institutions for which this website came into existence to promote awareness about the Marquette method of Natural Family planning.

About the Marquette method

Marquette method is a form of natural family planning focusing on enhancing the knowledge of a woman of her menstrual cycle at the same time helping Health workers analyze problems with the woman’s cycle (as a diagnostic tool) using the body’s physiological parameters namely:

OUR GOALS

Monitored and analyzed together, the three produce a more reliable way of controlling fertility while preserving the God given gift of sexuality and bonding. It is a couple based method that enhances bonding between spouses through mutual understanding when to and not to have a baby.
